Gian Paolo Vescio founded Vescio Law in 2018 with a vision of delivering practical, business-focused legal solutions tailored to the needs of businesses and individuals alike.

Prior to establishing the firm, Gian Paolo practiced at a full-service Toronto law firm, where he gained experience in complex litigation, commercial transactions, and strategic legal advisory work.  Gian Paolo served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to the Automotive Parts Manufacturers’ Association (APMA), Canada's national association representing automotive suppliers. In that role, he advised on governance, commercial transactions, strategic partnerships, regulatory and public policy matters, and key industry initiatives, including Project Arrow. Gian Paolo continues to serve the APMA as external counsel, providing strategic legal advice on matters impacting the Canadian automotive industry.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to providing responsive, client-focused service, Gian Paolo chose to build a practice that combines sophisticated legal counsel with a personalized approach.
